Authenticate your account: Google Workspace

To use Google Workspace with the Destiny Resource Manager Mobile Device Management (MDM) Integration feature, you need:

  • The email address created for the MDM integration.

  • The JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) key exported from Google Workspace.

To configure access to your Google Workspace account

  1. Log in as a Destiny Administrator.
  2. Select Setup > Sites sub tab.
  3. Next to the district name, click the Edit icon, Edit icon.. The Edit District page appears.
  4. Under Resource Management, click Configure.

  5. At the top-right of the MDM page, use the Account Setup drop-down to select Google Workspace.

  6. Click the Google Workspace logo.

    The Configure Google Workspace Connectivity pop-up appears.

  1. On the CONFIGURE ACCESS tab, type the Email as it appears in your Google Workspace account.
  2. Click UPLOAD JSON KEY FILE. When the file browser window opens, select the JSON key file you exported from Google Workspace.
  3. Click Open.
  4. Click Submit & Validate My Info.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To close the pop-up, click Done.
    • To ensure your Google Workspace account is connected, go to Test configuration, and start at Step 7.

Once you have successfully configured access to your Google Workspace account through Destiny Resource Manager, you will not have to do it again.
